The disappearance of Ocean Pioneer I leads International Rescue into a myriad of mysteries. An investigation by Brains reveals the Liquid Alsterene carried aboard the tanker becomes volatile when in contact with OD/60, a substance in the ocean directly in the path of Ocean Pioneer II, Worse yet, the mix sends off high impedance waves which can interfere with radio signals. Can the Thunderbirds pull off a rescue in total silence?
