Yields 3 8 inch cakes or 2 10 inch cakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups Buttermilk
1/2 Cup Canola oil
3 eggs
1 Tsp vanilla
2 1/4 Cups of flour
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Cup corn starch
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1/2 Cup unsalted butter (113g)
Bake at 335 degress for 30 mins
