I created a spreadsheet to help schools create Google Forms in as many languages as they need. The Google Sheet uses the GOOGLETRANSLATE function to translate to the needed languages automagically and Apps Script to create the Google Forms.

Please make a copy of the spreadsheet if you wish to use it. The first time you use it, Google will pop up several security and access notifications.
I used ChatGPT and Google Gemini to help create and check the Apps Script code. I release the code into the public domain. It is available from Extensions - Apps Script. Please suggest corrections or additions in the comments.
