This is a technique that I’ve been using for around 2 years now and it requires no sitting still, mindfulness, or meditation, it’s something that you can do without anybody really knowing and it addresses stressful situations in REAL TIME!
It pushes back on the stress response in REAL TIME on your sympathetic nervous system. You can reduce stress and feel more relaxed VERY quickly.
Following the two nasal inhales into the abdominal area you should generally be looking to execute a controlled diaphragmic exhale for around 8-12 seconds.
