Replaced the fuel pump. Now it starts, but idles rough. Can I fix my high mileage Volvo XC70?

2005 Volvo XC70 that was not ruuning allegedly due to broken fuel pump.
Well. It was not all. I replaced the pump, First issue I run into was that ejector pump and pipe was fed worngly into the tank. So I needed to reroute it. That sorted and everything connected, car started, but was running rough. Found couple broken sparkplugs, that did not cured the issue. Also there were no misfire codes. Only code present in ECM was 500D - Crank sensor signal too low. I did not payed much of attention to it, But I should. Since I checked coils, injectors, compresion. All was fine. And then I found an issue.
