Описание: കേന്ദ്ര ആരോ​ഗ്യമന്ത്രാലയത്തിന്റെ കീഴിൽ കേരളത്തിൽ ഐ സി എം ആർ - നാഷണൽ വൈറോളജി ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് പ്രവർത്തനമാരംഭിക്കുന്നു. 2024 ഫെബ്രുവരി 25 ന് പ്രധാനമന്ത്രി നരേന്ദ്ര മോദി ​ഗുജറാത്തിലെ രാ‍ജ്കോട്ട് എയിംസിൽ നടക്കുന്ന ചടങ്ങിൽ ഓൺലൈനായി ഉ​ദ്ഘാടനം നിർവ്വഹിക്കുന്ന ആരോ​ഗ്യമേഖലയിലെ നിരവധി പദ്ധതികളിൽ ആലപ്പുഴ ഐസിഎംആർ-നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് വൈറോളജിയും ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു. വൈറോളജി മേഖലയിൽ കഴിഞ്ഞ 60 വർഷമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയിലെ പ്രമുഖ സ്ഥാപനമായ ഐസിഎംആർ-നാഷണൽ ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ട് ഓഫ് വൈറോളജിയുടെ പ്രാദേശിക കേന്ദ്രമാണ് ആലപ്പുഴയിൽ പ്രവർത്തനം ആരംഭിക്കുന്നത്.

ICMR - National Institute of Virology starts functioning in Kerala under the Union Ministry of Health. ICMR-National Institute of Virology, Alappuzha is among the many projects in the health sector that will be inaugurated online by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on February 25, 2024 at a ceremony at Rajkot AIIMS in Gujarat. A regional center of ICMR-National Institute of Virology, India's leading organization in the field of virology for the past 60 years, is starting its operations at Alappuzha.
