S. Karen Bamberger, Esq., is a seasoned negotiator and mediator with more than 35 years of experience resolving complex disputes. Before joining JAMS, she served as lead counsel in a wide range of personal injury and product liability cases—from soft-tissue injuries to wrongful death—as well as matters involving employment, commercial, real property, civil rights and life sciences.
