This rich herbal hair cream is made using the oil-infusion method, where herbs are infused directly into oils for maximum nutrient extraction. It strengthens hair, reduces breakage, promotes growth, softens hair, and nourishes the scalp.

PHASE A – HERBAL OIL INFUSION (HEAVY BUTTER & HERBS)
Oils & Butter
Shea butter — 400g
Coconut oil — 150g
Olive oil — 100g
Castor oil — 80g
Herbs (for infusion)
Hibiscus powder — 10g
Black seed powder — 10g
Amla powder — 10g
Shikakai powder — 10g
Flaxseed powder — 10g
Chia seed powder — 10g
Rosemary powder — 10g
Neem powder — 10g
Moringa powder — 10g
Method: Combine all oils, shea butter, and herbal powders in a heat-safe bowl. Double boil gently to infuse the herbs. After infusion, sieve carefully to remove all herb chaff.


PHASE A2 – STRUCTURING PHASE (AFTER STRAINING)
Emulsifying wax (E-wax) — 40g
Cetyl alcohol — 20g
Stearic acid — 10g
Method: Add to the strained herbal oil and double boil until fully melted.

PHASE B – WATER PHASE
Distilled water — 250g
Aloe vera gel — 30g
Glycerin — 5g
Method: Double boil gently.


PHASE C – COOL-DOWN PHASE
Hydrolyzed protein (egg / wheat / silk) — 10g
Rosemary extract — 5g
Vitamin E — 10g
Lavender essential oil — 2g
Cucumber fragrance — 5g
Preservative — 15g (follow manufacturer’s dosage instructions)
Method: Add after the cream cools to lukewarm. Mix thoroughly.


FULL METHOD (1KG BATCH)
Double boil Phase A (herbs + oils + shea butter) to infuse.
Sieve out all herb chaff.
Add Phase A2 (wax + cetyl alcohol + stearic acid) to the strained oil and double boil until melted.
Double boil Phase B (water phase).
Slowly pour the water phase into the oil phase while stirring continuously until creamy.
Allow the mixture to cool to lukewarm.
Add Phase C (cool-down phase) and mix very well.
Let the cream thicken naturally as it cools.
Package into clean, sterilized containers.
