Someone had asked if I could record in 60fps. The short version was: No, because they were native screen recordings, and the iPad uses a variable frame rate that needs to be transcoded in the software, For Reasons.
But I did know a way to do it--through OBS. So I tried recording a few games there, and these are them.
Right now I don't think I can do it for every video--I'll need at very least a different USB hub and an empty external SSD as a working space--but it's good to know that I know how, at least... anyway, enjoy these four games at full resolution and frame rate!
