Last December 2020 we traveled up north of New Zealand's South Island and got a taste of what the Abel Tasman region has to offer. We did a part of the Abel Tasman Great Walk-- from the walk's jump-off point in Marahau up to the beautiful Anchorage Bay where we set camp for a night before heading back to Marahau via the same walk track. It was a one-of-a-kind experience as we took in the beautiful coastal views and the hidden gems of Abel Tasman coast that would easily be a topper on a beach lover's bucket list!
