Описание: This exercise strengthens the muscles of the shoulder girdle. To perform this exercise you will need a stick. Hold the stick with your left arm at the back and right arm 3/4 of the way up. Keep your right arm straight and raise the stick all the way up until the right arm is vertical. The left elbow will bend during the exercise. Perform this exercise on both sides for 10 repetitions or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
