Activate sharp movement and lay-off passing with this dynamic warm-up drill! 🔁⚽

Setup:
2 cones create a gate in the middle
2 cones either end (players split evenly on both ends)
1 ball in play
How It Works:
Ball starts at one end and is passed into the opposite player making a supporting run beside the gate
That player lays the ball off first-time into the runner’s path
Pass continues through to the opposite end
The sequence repeats, with constant movement and rotation between ends
Keep the rhythm sharp, focusing on timing of runs and clean lay-offs
Coaching Focus:
