When you show up as Yourself, you eliminate the competition!
You need to show the real side of your personal brand
Authenticity is rejecting the fake nd deceptive qualities that have defined social media for too long

Be inspirational;
Share a book;
Ask questions;
make suggestions;
Show what's behind the scenes;
And...solve problems for your customers/audience

Sharing the good, the bad, the ugly;
Sharing controversial opinions on social media opens the door to potential debate;
You may be able to sway somebody by posting your opinion!
