Описание: To kick off 2026, Comms & Croissants returns with a special executive edition for leaders who need their message to land fast.

In most rooms, people decide in seconds whether they want to listen to you. This session will unpack what actually happens in those first moments – and how to make them work in your favour. Our theme: “Be Magnetic: The Science of First Impressions.”

🎤 Special guest speaker: Olivia Fox Cabane – a leading authority on the science of charisma and bestselling author of The Charisma Myth, translated into 36 languages. Previously Director of Innovative Leadership at Stanford StartX, she has lectured at Harvard, Yale, MIT and the United Nations. Her clients include the leadership of Deloitte, Google and the co-founders of Airbnb.
