1️⃣ I got tired of how corrupt the #education system is

👉 Almost 80% of what I do is to keep the system alive instead of serving students for personal & professional development

❓Teachers' performance has to be evaluated based on students' scores

❓The system offers little support for teachers to become #practitioners

❓Teachers who blog, live stream or get active on #SocialMedia are reprimanded for NOT doing serious "work", even if they are teaching it

2️⃣ I got tired of people's FEAR

👉 Students are afraid of making mistakes & losing a point

👉 Learning has become SO OUTCOME-driven (grades), even though it's the JOURNEY that transforms the learner

👉 Teachers are just playing SAFE

3️⃣ I got tired of how REPETITIVE + PREDICTABLE my life has become

👉 Every day was a routine

👉 I was simply repeating myself

4️⃣I got tired of doing things that make me LOOK good instead of FEELING good

👉 I was living a life designed FOR me BY others

5️⃣I got tired of BENDING my life to meet the needs of my work

👉Work should help us GROW

👉Instead of changing ourselves to meet the needs of work
