Pardos is an abandoned village in Zaragoza province, Spain. Due to lack of car access, its population started leaving in the late 1970s, and by the late 1980s, although a drivable track was finally engineered, it could not recover. I
I have been visiting the village since the 1980s and have watched the houses slowly decay and collapse. This rainy April day, I was able to fly my DJI Mini 2 over the remaining buildings, and try to capture the the outline of what had once been a large village. Only the recently restored fuente stands out.
