This was originally an audio only podcast I did on Twitter… but since almost no one follows me on Twitter, and I barely understand how to use the platform, I’m posting it here as a video.
How I learned to desire to win. It sounds like wanting to win should come naturally (after all, who wants to lose?) but that wasn’t the case with me.
As a combat sports coach it is my job to help MMA fighters to win fights- so my evolution from complete athletic apathy to a genuine desire to see my athletes succeed in every way was a long and storied process.
