Preparation of bhel
Ingredients:
Puffed Rice 250gm
Boiled Mixed Sprouts as per need
1-2 Onion
2-3 Tomato
4-5 Green Chilli
Half lemon
Roasted Peanuts 2-3 teaspoon
Masala Chana 2-3 teaspoon
white Salt or Rock or pink salt as per need
Chat Masala 1-2 pinch
Black pepper 1 pinch as per need
Garnished with Coriander
Sev and papdis
How to making process:
Boil the Mixed Sprouts in 500ml water and a pinch of salt till fully cooked and after boiled remove and cool down till room temperature.
Cut the Onion, Tomato, Green Chilli into small pices separate and cut half lemon.
Take a Bowl Add puffed rice, Boiled mixed sprouts, Masala chana, Roasted Chana, cut onion, tomato and green chilli and squeeze half lemon.
Add salt, Chat masala, Black pepper and mixed well and garnished it with coriander, Sev and papdis.
Enjoy a homemade unique bhel
