Delicious squash soup, full length tutorial on how to prepare soup and put into quart jars for pressure canning. I used the All American Pressure Canner with a 30 qt liquid capacity (see the Amazon link below). This is an amazing soup to have on hand for a delicious fall or winter meal.
Serve it up with some fresh bread!
Pressure can for 90 minutes, my canner is weighted so I used the 10lb weight.
