Follow me around one of the many beautiful and hidden gems of Ave Maria.

So, this is Ave Maria Blvd. This is the entrance of Bellera and there, where those cars are coming from, that's the entrance to Ave Maria from Oil Well road. On the other side of this road is Del Webb, and this way you're going into town, into Ave Maria, to the center of town.
So, let's go and check out Bellera. I'll take you on a golf cart tour!

So, here at the entrance you have two beautiful lakes. These Lakes always keep the same level, no matter if it's rainy season or dry season, which is very unusual, meaning the water level is controlled here. Usually in the dry season our lakes dry out quite a bit, and in the rainy season they fill up. They're actually made as storm water drains.

Bellera belongs to Del Webb. It is a private community, a "55 and up" community.

So, as you come here, you reach this is Bellerawalk Blvd. and to the right here is Bellera Circle. Let's go to the left first. This is a beautiful cul-de-sac here. As you see Del Webb is a is a community with very mature trees. It's one of the oldest communities in Ave Maria. You can see how tall the trees are, and what beautiful landscaping you have.

So, the street continues straight ahead. Let me just kind of keep going around this way. You have this little cul-de-sac here. Everywhere a lot of green here, a lot of nature. Here you have the mailboxes.

And we can continue this way. Here you see that the street actually stops over here. This goes towards the back of a house, a preserve here, and then this is Ciatto Way. This comes around like this. - Really beautiful!

As I said, Bellera belongs to Del Webb, a 55 and up community. But there are some houses that were here before it became 55 and up. And therefore, these houses, if they have not been sold yet since then, those are "grandfathered in". What this means is, that they can be sold to a family with children, for example, or somebody younger than 55, so, somebody who usually would not correspond to the rules of Del Webb as as being a 55 and up community.

Let me actually start out here in the back. These here are several cul-de-sacs over here, with beautiful lakes in the back of each property. And then you also see, what's also really beautiful about Bellera are these beautiful bridges over which you can walk. - Very pretty!

Behind that bridge you can actually see The National. So, the residents of Bellera also have access to all the amenities of Del Webb: the two club houses (here you can see the church from here in the center of Ave Maria town) the two club houses one of which has a golf simulator, the beautiful pool, the golf course all that is accessible to people who reside in Bellera.

There's one cul de sac over here.

You can see all the building that's happening in the back, all that is The National. Maybe, I think, you might also be able to see Maple Ridge. So, everything that is green here in the front is The National Golf & Country Club.
 
And then here, we just passed the last cul-de-sac in Bellera, and you see again the beautiful bridges here. And there are these beautiful paths to walk. You can walk here, you can walk your dog. It's really nice. And in the back here you see again The National at Ave Maria.

Almost all of the homes in this community are one story homes. Really pretty. There are also some attached Villas that are very beautiful, always two units that are attached. Here you can see on the left on the fence is The National and on the right is Bellera. You can keep going here on this path or you can go over this bridge. It's a really nice area. (Sorry about the sun blinding...)

You have a dog here... So, since the HOA takes care of the landscaping here, you are actually not allowed to have fences here. You can have cages around your pool or your extended lanai but not a fence.

And these here, are actually the attached villas from the back. They always have the separating wall. Here the lanai is a little extended, and then over here you see a pool area with the cage.
