!!!POTENTIALLY OUTDATED!!!
**UPDATE**: Due to the recent trait changes, it is now SLIGHTLY (extremely small difference) better to play a different rotation that spams out your dodges - leading to you never being able to dodge reactively. This rotation is however still perfectly fine to play, unless you aim for a speedkill/record this rotation will be just as good and give you much more safety.
Daredevil is one of my favorite elite specs in the game from a design perspective. It stands out through it's unique dodge-mechanic, which has a huge impact of it's rotation.
The rotation itself is quite simple. It's basically a very short loop of dodging, weakening charge (staff 2) and auto-attack chains, interrupted by burst-spikes with assassin's signet. The challenge in playing this well in a raid is in the positioning aspect of the class. It's important to flank the boss (attack from behind or the side) and hit the boss with your Bound-dodge. Moving or turning bosses can make this quite challenging sometimes. Just as deadeye, daredevil has many damage-modifiers based on your health, so making sure you are above 90% hp is important. Given that you have to dodge alot and that weakening charge locks you in an animation (= unable to move during the cast), avoiding damage while maintaining your rotation imposes it's own difficulty and keeps the class very engaging and active to play. Also keep in mind that you will gain damage from not being full endurance, so it's important to keep using your dodges. Having vigor is especially helpful to keep up a proper rotation, so make sure your druid brings a traited sun-spirit or to have another source of vigor in your party.
Keep in mind as always, that this is a rotation guide, it does not substitute a proper build-guide etc, as I barely talk about gear or traits unless they directly impact your gameplay. Make sure to check out snowscrows.com to find a full in-depth build-guide. Focus of my video is conveying the principle behind the rotation and offering additional helpful explanation, to help you UNDERSTAND the rotation rather than copy it.
