In this video, we showcase the innovative automated vendor registration process in SAP, powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Microsoft Forms. The process begins with the collection of vendor details through a Microsoft Form, filled out by both the vendor and the organization's employee. The RPA bot then logs into the SAP system, navigates to the vendor registration module, and automatically populates all the required fields with the information extracted from the Microsoft Form. Once the registration process is complete, a unique Business Partner (BP) code is generated for the new vendor. The bot subsequently sends a notification to the initiating employee, confirming the successful registration and providing the new BP code.

This automation significantly reduces human error, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures timely communication. Employees can now focus on strategic tasks while the bot maintains accurate vendor records in SAP.
