Информация: история понятия, его настоящее и будущее.
В ролике раскрывается генезис понятия информации, которое менялось и трансформировалось в зависимости от эпохи. Рассмотрены такие переходные этапы в изменении сущностной характеристики информации, как появление письменности, первых библиотек, систематизация и выделение наук, возникновение первой энциклопедии, семафора и телеграфа, развитие автоматизации и рождение кибернетики, микропроцессора, развитие компьютерных технологий, сети интернет и т.д. Каждый последующий этап изменения в понимании информации является синтезом всех предыдущих технологий. В этом видео отражен процесс поиска собственно философского определения информации. Решение этого вопроса представляется необходимым и актуальным, поскольку в научном сообществе споры о природе информации, ее определении и различных концепциях не утихают по сей день. Это исследование основывается на понимании того, что информация не может существовать «сама по себе»: если исторически сложилось такое понятие, то оно должно отражать какое-то явление реальности, и цель данной работы – найти это явление. Учитывая, что философский дискурс неотделим от плюрализма мнений, мы попытались посмотреть на эту проблему с точки зрения использования принципа историзма и диалектического метода, что и обуславливает актуальность нашего исследования. Обращение к этим научным методам приблизило нас к нахождению общих закономерностей в развитии этого понятия и формулированию его определения, подходящего для всех исторических эпох и научных областей. Под информацией мы будем понимать форму передачи человеческого опыта, который создает возможности для роста. Изменение этой формы ведет к децентрализации знаний, их всеобщей доступности, что, в конечном счете, предшествует масштабным изменениям в человеческом обществе. В этой связи философское исследование концептуальных предпосылок понимания этого феномена является делом весьма перспективным.

Information: the History of Notion, its Present and Future.
This article indicates the genesis of the notion “information”, which was changing and transforming, depending on the historical period. The article considers such transient stages changing the essence of information as appearance of the writing, the first libraries, systematization and separation of sciences, emergence of the first encyclopaedia, a semaphore and a telegraph, development of automation and emergence of cybernetics, a microprocessor, development of computer technologies, the Internet, etc. Every further change in understanding of information is the synthesis of all previous technologies. Nowadays, when there are global and local computer networks as well as technological breakthroughs, the role of information has significantly increased and, from time to time, it defines the development level of sciences, technologies, resources, i.e. science and technology potential of any country, and that is why scientists are again interested in learning its essence. The authors of this article reflected the process of searching a true philosophic definition of information. It looks necessary and important to solve this issue, because it is until now that there are arguments in the scientific community about the nature of information, its definitions and various concepts. This study is based on the understanding that information can not exist “in itself”: if such a notion has historically developed, it shall reflect some phenomenon in reality, and this article is aimed at finding this phenomenon. Taking into account that the philosophic discourse is inherent in a pluralism of opinions, we tried to look at the problem with a regard to the historical and dialectical methods, and this contributes to relevance of our research. Use of these scientific methods has pushed us closer to finding general patterns in development of this notion and laying down its definition applicable for all historical periods and fields of science. By the notion “information” we will understand a form of transferring human experience, which generates possibilities for growth. A change in this form results in decentralisation of knowledge, its overall accessibility, which eventually precedes major changes in the human society. In this context, a philosophic study of conceptual prerequisites is quite prospective for understanding of this phenomenon.
