We were here to see The Little Prince. I knew the name, of course, but not the story. What I didn’t expect was how it would move me.

As we stepped inside, the entire space lit up — stars swirling around us, planets blooming into life, poetic lines floating through the air. But it was only after I started learning about the real story behind the book that it all hit me.

Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, the author, was a French pilot and writer. He was too old to fly during World War II, but he went anyway — and in 1944, he disappeared during a mission over the Mediterranean. Only after his death was Le Petit Prince published in France. It became one of the most beloved and translated books in the world.

The story itself is cool: a boy from a distant asteroid who travels to different planets and meets strange grown-ups — a king, a vain man, a drunkard, a businessman. Each encounter a sharp reflection of adult absurdity. And then… the fox, who teaches him the meaning of love, of responsibility, of seeing with the heart.

The way this immersive show tells the story — through moving projections, sound, silence, and space — layer by layer I started to understand not just the plot, but the philosophy behind it. It’s about vulnerability, memory, care, loss, and connection.

Whether it’s classic paintings, modern books, or deep philosophical tales — this format makes it accessible in a powerful, sensory, and emotional way. It bridges old art and new minds — those raised on screens, motion, and emotion.
