Unpacking an efficiently-packed beatmaniaIIDX cabinet loaded with parts

Описание: I've done a few IIDX machines at this point, but I don't remember if I've done one with how they stack it up with parts. In the past it's usually been extra control decks, random items, PASELI Charge Stations, stools, benches, a kotatsu, this time it's an entire IIDX cabinet worth of parts. Not in the video is the speakers and side POPs for the cab, and a box of wiring from the parts that were inside the cab. On the cab was the control panel, card readers, speakers, marquee, side POP holders, effector panel card readers, I think that's it?

Quite a load either way. Right now freight costs to ship a container overseas have been getting prohibitively high, almost to the point where I can't import anymore. Efficiencies like this are absolute necessities in order to operate the business at all. I wanted to show some of it so that people can see what we do to keep on making ends meet.

The cabinet itself is decent. It is well-worn, has pretty rusted screws, blown speakers like every IIDX I've seen in the last year, but the keys and turntables are extremely well-kept. It was kept as a high-level playable cabinet despite its cosmetic flaws, and is a great cab to keep. This one will go into the Game Center, not be used as a show cab. I'll probably replace cosmetic parts over the next year to get it into really great shape, will be an excellent addition! The next one came from the same location and I expect it to be in about the same condition, I'll end up keeping that one as the convention cab most likely.
