Monday, sunrise, -11°C.

A few moments ago the sky was even more beautiful, magenta, but before I turned on the tablet - colors change quickly at dawn.


I speak to you, and the steam from my mouth will soon freeze in the air.

Hello, titmouse, I hear you. 

Everything around here is frozen solid. 

Last week, it was -17°C at night, and everything is frozen solid. 

There are lots of pine cones on the spruce branches, so the birds have food.


Come to us, sunshine, come. It's so beautiful in the sky right now. 

I can see the airplane trails above the sun and the clouds above me, a beautiful sight.


I can't talk much because of the intense frost. 

Hey, birds, where are you? 

The sun is waking up!


I don't have the strength to hold my hands up and film because I haven't had breakfast yet.

Oh how lovely. 

The first sunrise I've filmed here.


My hands, my mouth, my eyes, are still a little sleepy.

What a wonder, three birds are flying and a fourth, a black-headed tern, is flying towards them.


Not everyone can see the sunrise in January. 

In Poland, it's the coldest month.

All the cars are frozen solid. 

Sand trucks have been running since 3:00 a.m., and unfortunately, they woke me up.


Look, there's a bicycle by the wall, I saw someone riding a bicycle to work.

Look, there's a bicycle standing by the brick fence, I saw this man riding his bicycle to work today.


The colors in the sky are changing, astrologers say that the Earth is now closest to the Sun.

My tiny potted Christmas tree on the balcony windowsill has gone into hibernation - this is how it should be, it must be a completely natural process in its life.


I want to say that winter work around the buildings is very well organized here, the workers take great care to keep everything tidy, clear of snow, de-iced and sanded.

I have to finish slowly because I'm cold.

I greet you warmly on this sunrise, let everything new arise in us, every day anew - for the better.

It's as beautiful today as it was in Rose Valley when we lived there. 

I couldn't film the sunrise in Pine Forest because of the beautiful forests all around.

I missed sunrises so much, and here in the city, in Olsztyn, I have them and they make my heart happy.

月曜日、日の出、-11℃。


ほんの少し前までは、空はもっと美しく、マゼンタ色でした。でも、タブレットの電源を入れる前は、夜明けには色があっという間に変わります。


話しかけると、口から出る湯気はすぐに空に凍りつくでしょう。


こんにちは、シジュウカラさん、聞こえています。


この辺りはすべて凍り付いています。


先週は夜が-17℃で、すべてが凍り付いています。


トウヒの枝にはたくさんの松ぼっくりが付いていて、鳥たちの餌になっています。


太陽よ、こちらへおいで。今、空はとても美しいです。


太陽の上に飛行機の航跡が、そして頭上には雲が見えます。美しい光景です。


強い霜のせいで、あまり話せません。


ねえ、鳥たち、どこにいるの？


太陽が目覚めた！


 まだ朝食を食べていないので、両手を上げて撮影する力がありません。


ああ、なんて素敵なんでしょう。


ここで初めて撮影した日の出です。


手も、口も、目も、まだ少し眠いです。


鳥たちよ！


なんと不思議なことでしょう。3羽の鳥が飛んでいて、4羽目のクロアジサシがそちらに向かって飛んできています。


1月の日の出は、誰もが見られるわけではありません。


ポーランドでは、1月は最も寒い月です。


車は全部凍り付いています。


土砂運搬車が午前3時から動いていて、残念ながら目が覚めてしまいました。


ほら、壁のそばに自転車があるでしょう。誰かが自転車で仕事に行っているのを見ました。


ほら、レンガのフェンスのそばに自転車が止まっているでしょう。今日、この男性が自転車で仕事に行っているのを見ました。


空の色が変わっています。占星術師によると、地球は今、太陽に最も近づいているそうです。 


バルコニーの窓辺に飾ってある小さな鉢植えのクリスマスツリーは冬眠に入りました。これが本来の姿で、木々の生命の自然な営みなのでしょう。


ここの建物周りの冬の作業はとてもよく組織化されていて、作業員の方々は雪を取り除き、氷を溶かし、砂をまぶして、すべてをきちんと整頓することに細心の注意を払っています。


寒いので、ゆっくり終わらせなければなりません。


ねえ、太陽よ、あなたは美しい。


この日の出に、温かくあなたに挨拶します。私たちの中に新しいものが生まれますように。毎日、より良い方向に。


今日も、私たちが住んでいたローズバレーと同じくらい美しいです。


周りの森が美しいので、松林の日の出を撮影できませんでした。


私は日の出がとても恋しかったのですが、ここオルシュティンの街では日の出があり、心が満たされます。
