Based on Kara's experience in the Phantom Zone, dedicated to her Anxiety & Claustrophobia.

For a while, I've really wanted to explore Kara's Mental Health on a much deeper level but due to the complexity of her condition (PTSD, Depression, Anger & Abandonment Issues), I've decided to split it off into specific videos for each of them.

I think they all play a vital role in some of the choices she's made and the actions she's taken and I find it fascinating (& ofc saddening) to discover how they may play into her life and the many things she's done or achieved over the years.

With this one, it's more to show you how she's struggling but you'll likely see her reasoning for things in the other videos in far greater detail I think.

I myself suffer from similar issues so I think that's one of the many reasons why I felt compelled to explore it and why I connect with the character the way I do and so I just hope that as the series progresses the show can give her the therapy she needs to live a healthier and happier life overall.

I'm honestly not 100% happy with how this vid has turned out, I feel like it's a bit samey? I've also been struggling to get the visuals right lately. But as long, as it gets the message across I think I'm okay with it.
