BEST STRATEGY EXPLAINED! (try to watch video before reading)👇:
You have to follow the triangles, go from the middle, jump 4-5 times and then go to the borders. Example: 0:15
Why 4-5 times? To time the other cubes so they dont kill you while you are at the bottom. Clear example 0:33
If you cant jump 4 times because the gem is in the first or second platform just go a bit slower.
However this is just the theory... You Will have to improvise with shortcuts to be able to make It in time. Example 0:51
