Headstart: A recent Pulse Asia poll on the flood control mess showed a decrease in public trust in the Senate Blue Ribbon investigation, as many believe it yields no results.
Pulse Asia Research President Ronald Holmes noted on Tuesday, January 13, that the drop in trust stems from no “big fish” being punished or jailed over the massive corruption scandal in Public Works projects.
