Harvest bush beans from the garden
Wash and trim the beans
Blanch in boiling water for 2–3 minutes
Cool in an ice bath to stop the cooking
Pat dry to remove excess moisture
Vacuum seal in freezer-safe bags
Label and freeze for up to 12 months
