Описание: CM Yogi Action Against 'Regime Change' Protestors | 'No Govt Jobs' For Violent Protestors Seeking Regime Change | Congress Protest | CJP Protest

UP tightens recruitment rules; violent ‘regime change’ activities could block government jobs. Members of organisations advocating violent change face government job disqualification. Political ideology, FIRs or pending probes alone cannot automatically disqualify candidates. SP invokes British rule; Congress alleges government fears Gen Z protests. Revised rules cover direct recruitment across departments, corporations and local bodies. Post-21 violent activities within three years face scrutiny; reform permits reconsideration. Provisional appointments allowed pending verification; false information can trigger cancellation. Existing government employees exempt from fresh character verification under revised rules. Police, LIU must submit reports within 30 days; home visits unnecessary. Candidates must get opportunities to respond before adverse recommendations are forwarded.
