Typhoon Noul Hits China, Over 715,000 Evacuated as Hong Kong Faces Strong Winds and Heavy Rain

Around 350 flights were cancelled at Hong Kong International Airport, and emergency crews responded to fallen trees, damaged structures and storm-related incidents. Nine people were reported injured in the city. China's meteorological authorities warned that heavy rainfall and strong winds would continue across Guangdong and neighbouring Fujian province as the storm weakens inland. The latest typhoon comes after earlier storms Bavi and Maysak, highlighting another active and destructive typhoon season across East Asia.
