In this video, my client came in because she had a lot of tightness in her glutes, hamstrings, and legs. She works in tech which means she sits a lot and that could lead to a lot of tightness. I utilized a combination of cupping therapy, graston techniques, and massage therapy to help alleviate all the issues she was having in her tight glutes.
