Dinesh is a B. tech. from IIT Mumbai. He along with Khurshed Batliwala (Bawa) is the director of WAYE (World Alliance for Youth Empowerment) and has been a faculty with the Art of Living for the last 13 years. He also holds the record of being one of the youngest Art of Living teachers at 19 and an Advance course teacher at 22.

With Khurshed Batliwala, he has co-founded the powerful and dynamic youth program 'Youth Empowerment and Skills Workshop' which has made its life-changing impact in more than 50 countries today.

He has empowered thousands of youth through various innovative initiatives of yoga, sports and social projects. He has also reached out to a broad spectrum of the general populace including politicians, corporate executives, youth from the rural and urban areas and even hardcore terrorists through programs on stress and trauma relief, life skills, ethics, and human values.

Also, Dinesh has traveled to 22 countries across 5 continents over the last 14 years, teaching many successful leadership programs.
