Ingredients:
Crabs:
6 crabs, Cleaned
1 cup oil
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp allspice
4 tsp garlic
2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp dried thyme
1 cube & salt to taste
1 onion, chopped
Pinon:
½ l chicken bouillon
½ cup tomato paste
Pinch of baking soda
Salt and pepper
Side:
2 Scotch bonnet peppers (or habaneros), with seeds, chopped
1 onion, diced
2-3 tomatoes diced
1 tsp chopped cilantro
Salt to taste
