Hi, welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll show you how to disable or hide the shutdown, sleep, and restart buttons on your Windows 365 Cloud PC using Intune. This can be useful for preventing accidental shutdowns and ensuring your cloud PC is always running when you need it.
First, open your web browser and go to the Microsoft Intune admin center. Once you're there, navigate to Devices, then Configuration profiles, and click Create profile.
Creating a New Profile
In the "Create a profile" window, select Windows 10 and later as the platform and Settings catalog as the profile type. Click Create to continue. Give your new profile a name, such as "Disable Power Buttons," and add a brief description if you'd like.
Adding Settings
Next, click on Add settings. In the settings picker, search for "Start" and then select the Start category. You'll see a list of available settings. Scroll down and check the boxes for:
Hide Shut Down
Hide Sleep
Hide Restart
Hide Power Button
========
Configuring and Assigning the Profile
Now, close the settings picker and you'll see the settings you added. For each one, select Enabled to hide the corresponding button. Once you're done, click Next. On the "Assignments" tab, you can choose which users or groups to apply this policy to. For example, you can assign it to a specific group of cloud PC users.

Finally, review your settings to make sure everything is correct. If it all looks good, click Create to finalize the profile. The policy will then be applied to the assigned users or devices, and the shutdown, sleep, and restart buttons will be hidden from the Start menu.

And that's it! You've successfully disabled the power buttons on your Windows 365 Cloud PC. If you found this video helpful, please give it a thumbs up and subscribe to our channel for more tutorials. Thanks for watching!
