🌿BEST EASY LATKES:
-3 large potatoes (about 1 pound)
-1 large onion
BLEND in food Processer until a mash
DRAIN water from mixture in strainer
Then add:
-2 large eggs (or vegan: 2 tbsp chickpea flour 3 tbsp water)
-1/2 cup flour (I used chickpea flour)
-2 tsp salt
-1 tsp baking powder
-½ tsp black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
-1/2 inch of oil into a pot on medium high
-fry on each side until golden, YUM!

🌿KFC Chicken Schnitzel
1.2 - 1.4 lb chicken breasts (around 3-4)
You can cut them into chicken tender sizes about 10 - 12 pieces
2 cups flour (any flour of your choice)
2 tsp table salt
1 1/2 tsp dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp dried basil
2 Tbsp paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp celery salt
2 Tbsp garlic salt
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp dry mustard powder
2 Tsp white pepper
1 Tbsp ground ginger
BATTER:
-2 cups chickpea flour
-2 cups water (or thick like an egg)
-(OR skip above & add 2 eggs)
-1 tsp mustard-1 tsp honey
DIRECTIONS:
-Combine flour & all the KFC spices together
-Cover chicken into the flour & KFC spices mix, then the egg batter, then the KFC flour mix again
-Optional: Spray with olive oil before oven
-BAKE in 425*F / 220*C
-Bake for 9 minutes then flip (total around 18 mins) or until golden
-Flip until both sides are golden

🌿VEGAN RANCH DRESSING IN BLENDER:
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (if you don't want to use blender, use 1/2 cup almond butter)
2/3 cup plain, unsweetened non-dairy milk
3 tbsp water - can add 1-2 tbsp more for thinner consistency
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp white vinegar - or apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder - or 1 small clove of garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
pinch of black pepper
Herbs - Add after blending:
1 tsp dried parsley - or 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
big pinch of dried dill - or ½ teaspoon chopped fresh dill

🌿MENORAH CHALLAH
• 4 cups flour
• 1 tbsp honey or sugar
• 3/4 - 1 cup water
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp yeast
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vinegar
DIRECTIONS:
Mix together & knead for 6 mins with hands OR 3 minutes with bread mixture.
Let rise in warm area until doubled or for about an hour
Then braid the bread into menorah shape and let rise for 45 mins
Add seeds to decorate!
Put oven on 375 degrees for 20 minutes and then turn around the tray for another 15 minutes

🌿🌽 TilTok CORN RIBS
3 cobs of corn
(cut 1 corn into 8 'fries' pieces)
2.5 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tp Salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp butter
(or more olive oil)
Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
MIX all ingredients up & then toss with corn
BAKE or air fry on high until corn is charred
