Second session in, and I get to make a fair bit of headway into conquering Japan. I think things should start to move forward from here on out.
Early impressions. Computers definitely have resource buffs over the player, or they know something I don't because it is quite clear they have an endless supply of monies.
I'm enjoying some things about nobunaga's ambition more so than Romance of the three Kingdoms II but at the same time, there are things in Romance that I enjoyed more as well. So far I think overall, I would tie these games as complete equals. Just different worlds and their cons pretty much weigh the same as each other, as well as their pro's. So, I think you can't go wrong with either, it ought to come down to preference of region and characters. This game however, does add a little more sophistication and options which is always nice for these kinds of strategy games.
But, while there is more action in this session, as usual be warned that there is much down time and scheming. Always scheming. -- Watch live at / batista_harpu
