Описание: Did you catch my new chocolate sandwich cookie video? Here's a tutorial showing how I made the yummy chocolate buttercream filling. This is a small batch recipe that is perfect when you don't need a lot of frosting.

You will need:
50g Icing Sugar
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
25g Butter
1-2 tsp Water
