Fix Media Offline issue in Davinci Resolve 19, 18, 17 (or 16) (NOT BY RE-LINKING)

Описание: This is a quick 30 second fix for most "MEDIA OFFLINE" issues you see in Davinci Resolve. Now, if you have actually moved or changed the location of your files, this clearly will not work. This is just to fix the random 'MEDIA OFFLINE" issue you get while working in a timeline.
