The previous definition of a limit of a function is marginally modified into a definition of continuity. At first this small change seems inconsequential, but "continuous functions" are a foundation of analysis, so this new definition is worth carefully studying. One important result is that the composition of continuous functions is continuous, the proof of which is remarkably simple given all of our previously-proven results.
