Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) offer a wide range of civil and military applications. Civil-military synergy is critical to integrate large military RPAS in common airspace. EDA works on identifying and developing technical and regulatory enablers for RPAS integration, and, together with EASA, SESAR and the European Commission, ensures the safe integration of certified RPAS into European airspace by 2025.
