Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup Milk
1 1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
4 Large Eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a large bowl add milk, flour and salt and mix together until just incorporated. Place popover tin or muffin tin in oven for 5 minutes. Add eggs one at a time stirring until just mixed before adding another. Remove muffin tin from oven and spray with cooking spray. Carefully add batter evenly into muffin tins filling about 3/4 full. (My muffin tin was a jumbo muffin tin so it makes 6 popovers regular muffin tins might make 8). Place in oven and this is important DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!! Let bake for 30 minutes add additional minutes if you prefer a darker color. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
