Mustard Oil for frying

Chopped Garlic - 3-4tbsp

Chopped Ginger - 3tbsp

Jaggery - 200gram

Vinegar - 1/2cup

Black pepper - 1tsp

Clove - 4-5

Cumin seeds - 1.5tsp

Fenugreek seeds - 1.5tsp

Fennel seeds - 2tsp

Yellow Mustard seeds - 2tsp

Salt - 2-3tbsp

Red Chilli powder - 2-3tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1tbsp

Hing - 1/2tsp

Mustard Oil - 1.5cup
