What is the The Blessed Hope?

Описание: What is the Blessed Hope? Why do Christians look forward to it? Well, what we call the "Blessed Hope" is really part 2 of the Gospel. The first being salvation, believing in Christ and the forgiveness of sins. However the second part is just as exciting and refers to eternal life with God. In 1 Thessalonians 4:14-18, Paul writes to the Thessalonians to describe what happens to believers who die and what happens to those that are still alive when Christ comes back in the rapture. This passage explains the hope and assurance we have of eternal life in Christ with God in heaven forever. What an encouragement, what a comfort!
