How to maintain and clean your Norco Sight or Optic mountain bike suspension bearings

A detailed video showing how I dismantle the entire rear suspension linkage of a 2021 Norco Sight C2. This includes bearing cleaning, rotation, re-greasing, reassembly and setting correct torque. This approach applies to pretty much any dual-suspension mountain bike. Time required, 2-3 very pleasant hours.
Tools required:
2 x Allen key sets (you need two to retain rear of some bearing nuts on other side of the bike),
Shifter (or 18 mm ring spanner),
Torque wrench (5-20 Nm),
Wrench/pliers to break your chain quick-link (not strictly required),
Bearing grease (general purpose grease is fine).
