Most people train the pelvic floor by squeezing harder.
But the deep core is three-dimensional.
In this 15-minute somatic practice, we explore the pelvic floor in three directions:
• Front to back
• Side to side
• Lifting upward
Using a segmented three-part exhale, we build awareness gradually — engaging one direction at a time before combining them into a coordinated, balanced activation.
This is not about gripping or force.
It’s about refining control, improving breath coordination, and restoring natural diaphragmatic function.
In this session you will:
• Train subtle pelvic floor awareness
• Coordinate breath with deep core engagement
• Practice layered activation and controlled release
• Improve spinal support and posture
• Strengthen the relationship between diaphragm and pelvic floor
When practiced consistently, this work can reshape how you breathe, stabilize the spine, and reduce unnecessary tension patterns.
