I'm Amber and my husband Toni & I own Plush Tattoo in Northwest Portland, Oregon! We are an inclusive, witchy, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent friendly space where all bodies are welcome. Toni specializes in American traditional tattoos but he can do almost any style (except portraits or realism). I am a cosmetic tattoo artist, specializing in natural-looking eyebrow tattoos as well as permanent freckle tattoos. I am also learning traditional tattooing and have been doing my own flash specials!

Our entire tattoo process is 100% vegan, cruelty-free and eco-friendly when possible. We’re woman/BIPOC owned and are comfortable tattooing any and all skin types and shades.

We’re best known for our get-what-you-get tarot tattoos where we give you a tarot reading, then design a tattoo on the spot to match the vibes. It’s a mystery to everyone what you’ll get tattooed and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart!
