A Wisconsin driver is facing serious felony charges after prosecutors say he was racing at more than 100 miles per hour when his truck crashed into another vehicle, killing an EMT in Milwaukee.
Authorities allege 22-year-old Dayton Milligan struck a Volkswagen driven by 34-year-old Meng Kue at an intersection on Milwaukee’s northwest side. Investigators say vehicle data shows the truck was traveling at more than three times the posted speed limit at the time of the crash.
Milligan is charged with first-degree reckless homicide, hit-and-run involving death, and operating a vehicle while revoked. The case remains under investigation.
