“Well, for those who know me, you can see that bald on top and Gray on the face, right? I've been around for a while, so I had to really think back as to when that was, and I think it was my time working at Cessna Aircraft.”


“I had been a project manager for many years before that; but you know, I had my risk log, I had my issues log, I had separate logs but never brought them together into a single RAID Log.”


“I was involved on a Six Sigma team and the Six Sigma black belt pulled out this RAID log and I said, ‘man, how have I never heard of this before?’ And so that's going back, you know, early 2000s, so probably 20 some(ish) years ago when I got introduced to that.”
